I have add some important changes to make everything works a bit better. Some of these changes are:
-Blocked the possibility to register with an already existed username
-Added a dialog asking if you want to discard a sound when uploading and coming back
-Fixed errors when trying to put a sound as notification tone
-Added some error screens
