What we need is a tool to properly divide the goal into many levels of subgoals so that we have a small piece of a task every day which directs us to the right path.

1. Break the goal into 4 subgoals and assign it to 4 quarters
2. Break quarter's goal into 3 subgoals and assign it to 3 months
3. Break month's goal into 4 subgoals and assign it to weeks
4. Break week's goal into 7 subgoals and assign it to days
