In car mode (non-stop listening) the speech recognition function is added. To get next phrase (skip phrase), just say "next" on Google speech recognition dialog. To switch off google's black notifications, you need to find Google app in phone settings and turn off notification option for it (phone settings-apps-google-notifications -blocked). anyway it is useless.
