Jaunt Description: Jaunt is a social travel app that actively encourages user to collaborate with other like minded individuals at every stage of travelling from booking right through to sightseeing in the city you're visiting.

By why will this benefit me I hear you say! While travelling we have found if you tap into the knowledge of someone who lives in the area you're visiting they can tell you about all the hidden gems and explain more about the culture. But finding these people can be hard once you've set foot in the country. But that's where Jaunt comes in. You can plan your trip on Jaunt, telling people you are going to be in a country between these days and it will match you with other people that will be there around the same time. This will be a mixture of other travellers as well as locals.

You will then be presented with the option of sending these people a message to ask about the best things to see and do. Don't forget that other travellers can also send you messages if they're visiting near you. The possibilities and friendships are endless from just going out for drinks to sleeping on their couch! The aim to make friends for life from all around the world!

Jaunt is your community and you'll only get out of what you put in so please treat others with respect and don't forget you're also giving them what could be a first impression of the country they're visiting!
