In line with European Union's Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2), Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) can be applied to any transaction by the cardholder’s bank. PSD2 makes payments safer, protects consumers against fraud, and enhances the payment experience for cardholders.
As a result of these regulations, banks have the right to refuse some payments. With this update, we are implementing a series of measures so that Moneymailme users won't be affected when topping up their account.

► What's New in Version 1.4.19:

Two months before your Moneymailme card expires we'll let you know, so you can order a new card (free of charge) from the app. You can activate it the next day after the old one expires (virtual cards will change in the app), the amount will be transferred to the new card. If you don't want to renew it on the date the card expires it will be closed, the amount will be returned into the bank. Due to regulatory commitments, cardholders will also be asked to provide additional details about them.

► What's New in Version 1.4.18:

With this update, users are split into 3 categories: Light, Standard and Premium. Changing the email can be done from the app, the password doesn't expire after 90 days and to confirm a transaction the PIN is no longer needed. From now on, when you open the app the authentication will be done through facial recognition or fingerprint. The mailing address for the card can differ from the one provided at KYC, and the Cards section has been moved to the bottom of the main menu, for easier access.

Withdrawals to Moneymailme card are instantly; cards can be added without verification. 3D Secure service to authenticate cardholders during online purchasing with the Moneymailme card. Each time you checkout online or make a payment that requires authentication we’ll send you a one-time password. In the Deposit section, adding a new card will block 1-2 EUR, which will then be credited to your wallet. Under Contacts, a new Customer Support entry that users can contact when encountering an issue.
