Fixed many common bugs from previous version, including:
Fixed issue where messages would load infinitely on Nokia phones
Fixed issue where KitKat/4.4 devices didn't have all the permissions needed for MMS
Fixed issues where opening a conversation with an existing contact caused a crash
Fixed issue where you can send a message but it doesn't appear in the conversation until you close and re-open it

PLEASE NOTE: any files you send via the app will be sent as MMS messages, and you may incur a cost if you normally have to pay to send these types of messages. Please bear this in mind before sending loads of them!
