Added the ability for feed providers to be able to post alerts for their feeds from within the app. To enable, select Settings from menu, then General Settings, then enter your Broadcastify username and password and check "Are you an audio provider?" checkbox. To post an alert, select "Post Alert" from the player screen's menu.
