Just tap the share icon on the digital slip in the app and send it to someone. They will then use their own phone to pick up your parcel.

• You will now receive a push notification when a return you’ve requested from a retailer is ready.

• With help from the app, you can now return parcels in Sweden and Denmark that come without return labels. When handing in your return at the service point, use the QR code connected to the parcel to print your return label. The staff is happy to help.

• We’ve added a new type of service for domestic postage in Sweden. It’s called “Send Home” and works great for the smaller parcels you want to send straight to someones mailbox. “Send Home” is also a traceable postage so you can follow the parcels journey to its final destination.
