Fixed a number of movement issues.

► What's New in Version 1.94b:

Movement controls updated should feel more snappy and no longer be on a grid. This means you might bump into edges more but also not get stuck as often.
Fixed a bug where you could rotate the phone and it would mess up the UI.
Adjusted placement of the health bar to be slightly lower.
Boss health now won't over lay other health bars.
