The protocol is automatically formatted and receives a document number including versioning. With just one click, you can generate the report in a PDF and send it directly to the predefined recipients by e-mail. Also add whiteboard sketches and/or notes by clicking on the protocol directly in the relevant agenda.

REVISION-SAFE PROTOCOLS
Each log is assigned a unique document number and version. The protocol changes are version-controlled and documented.

TEXT INPUT BY DICTATION FUNCTION
The text can be entered via dictation, so typing is not necessary.

DRAG & DROP
Agenda items can be easily sorted by drag & drop.

PREPARATION/AGENDA ITEMS
The agenda items can be determined in advance. This way, all participants are informed accordingly and can prepare themselves.
